Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown
Add salt and pepper and drain off the extra fat
Cut the slider buns in half across the middle and put the bottom halves in a baking dish
Put the cooked beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the buns
Add Thousand Island dressing on top of the toppings
Butter the top halves of the buns and put them on top
Put caraway seeds on top of the buns
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through
