Reuben Sliders Recipe



The traditional Reuben sandwich is turned into these Reuben Sliders. You can make them for parties, game day, or a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown

Add salt and pepper and drain off the extra fat

Cut the slider buns in half across the middle and put the bottom halves in a baking dish

Put the cooked beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the buns

Add Thousand Island dressing on top of the toppings

Butter the top halves of the buns and put them on top

Put caraway seeds on top of the buns

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with aluminum foil

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner



This Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner is perfect for busy weeknights. With just 5 simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal ready with minimal effort. The chicken comes out tender and flavorful, infused with the savory goodness of salsa and taco seasoning.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions:

Put chicken breasts in the crock pot

Put salsa, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in a bowl and mix them together

Put the mix on top of the chicken breasts

Put black beans in the crock pot

When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours

Serve hot, with cilantro or shredded cheese on top if you want

Mini Berry Tarts



These mini berry tarts are perfect for any occasion, whether it's a fancy dessert for a party or a sweet treat for yourself. The combination of flaky pie crust, creamy filling, and fresh berries makes for a delightful bite-sized dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package 14 ounces refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or small glass

Press each circle into a mini muffin tin, forming tart shells

Prick the bottoms of the tart shells with a fork to prevent puffing during baking

Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly golden brown

Remove from oven and let cool completely

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth

Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture into each cooled tart shell

Arrange assorted fresh berries on top of the cream cheese mixture

In a small saucepan, heat apricot preserves and water over low heat until melted and smooth

Brush the melted preserves over the berries to glaze

Chill tarts in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving

In another bowl, mix applesauce, coconut oil, brown sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Melt the coconut oil gently in a microwave or over low heat until it becomes a liquid

In a bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, raw cacao powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt

Stir the ingredients together until you have a smooth and well-mixed chocolate mixture

Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone chocolate molds or onto a parchment paper-lined tray to create your desired chocolate shapes
