Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil gently in a microwave or over low heat until it becomes a liquid
In a bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, raw cacao powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt
Stir the ingredients together until you have a smooth and well-mixed chocolate mixture
Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone chocolate molds or onto a parchment paper-lined tray to create your desired chocolate shapes
Place the molds or tray in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes to set the chocolate
Once the chocolate has solidified, remove it from the molds or break it into pieces if you used a tray
Your raw vegan chocolate is ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator
