These peach ice cream bars are a delightful treat, combining the sweet and juicy flavor of ripe peaches with creamy ice cream. Perfect for a refreshing summer indulgence.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend the peaches into a smooth paste
Put the heavy cream, condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl and mix them together
Mix everything together well
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Place a popsicle stick in each mold
Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid
Once the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to make it easy to take them out
