7 Green Smoothies



These green smoothies taste great and are full of good things for you. You can eat them for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:

In a blender, combine spinach, kale, banana, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, chia seeds, and almond milk

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into glasses and serve immediately

Enjoy the refreshing taste!
