Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions:
In a blender, combine spinach, kale, banana, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, chia seeds, and almond milk
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
