White Chocolate Gingerbread Blondies

These White Chocolate Gingerbread Blondies are a delightful twist on the classic gingerbread cookie. They are soft, chewy, and packed with the warm flavors of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. The addition of white chocolate chips adds a sweet and creamy contrast, while the bits of crystallized ginger provide a pleasant burst of ginger flavor. Perfect for holiday gatherings or any time you're craving a festive treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crystallized ginger, chopped

Instructions:

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350F 175C

Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar in a big bowl

Blend until thoroughly blended

To the butter-sugar mixture, add the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth

Mix the flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and salt in a different bowl

Mixing until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones

Add the chopped crystallized ginger and white chocolate chips and stir

Evenly distribute the blondie batter into the baking pan that has been ready

A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs after baking for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the edges are golden

Before slicing the blondies into squares, let them cool completely in the pan

Savor your mouthwatering Gingerbread Blondies with White Chocolate!
