Chicken Broccoli Alfredo



A creamy and comforting dish featuring tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a rich Alfredo sauce, served over fettuccine pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes

Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender

In a separate pot, cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside

Add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet with the chicken and broccoli

Stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the chicken and broccoli alfredo sauce

Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce

Serve hot, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:

In a blender, combine spinach, kale, banana, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon juice, chia seeds, and almond milk

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into glasses and serve immediately

Pudding Muffins



Delicious and moist pudding muffins made right in your air fryer! These muffins have a surprise pudding center and are perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/2 cup pudding mix any flavor
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl with a whisk

Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then add the nuts and chocolate chips if using

Fill each muffin cup with about half of the batter after lining it with a paper liner

Spread the pudding mix out evenly in each muffin tin

Take aluminum foil and put it over the muffin cups

Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 320F 160C

In the air fryer basket, put the muffin cups

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean

After taking the muffins out of the air fryer, let them cool down for a while

Enjoy while still warm!

Boston Cream Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl

Melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a separate bowl

Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients

In a deep pan or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350F 175C

Portion the doughnut batter into the heated oil by spoonfuls, and cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown

After removing the donuts, put them on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb extra oil

The semisweet chocolate chips should be melted in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl until they are smooth

Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until the mixture thickens

Using a small spoon or piping bag, cut a small slit in the side of each donut and fill with the cream mixture

To glaze, dip each donut's top into the melted chocolate

Before serving, let the chocolate set for a few minutes

Blackberry Earl Grey Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 6 blackberries
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil

Remove from heat and steep Earl Grey tea bags for 5 minutes

Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature

In a glass, muddle blackberries and honey together

Add ice cubes to the glass

Pour the cooled Earl Grey tea over the ice

Stir gently to combine

Garnish with a blackberry or lemon slice, if desired

Double Stacked Green Chile Queso Burgers



There are two layers of cheesy goodness and a kick of green chile heat in these Double Stacked Green Chile Queso Burgers. Great for people who like burgers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup green chile queso dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green chiles
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp

Instructions:

Put the ground beef and ground pork in a bowl and mix them together

Add pepper and salt, and then mix everything together well

Form the meat mixture into 8 thin patties that are all the same size

On four of the patties, put a slice of cheddar cheese

Diced red onion and green chiles and put them on top of the cheese

Cover the cheese and toppings with the last 4 patties, then seal the edges to make stuffed patties

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

The stuffed patties should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Heat up the grill and toast the buns until they are just barely golden while the patties are cooking

After the patties are done, take them off the grill and let them cool down for a while

Put green chile queso dip on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together

On top of the queso dip, put a stuffed patty

On top of each patty, put a tomato slice, a lettuce leaf, and a bacon slice

To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top
