With this inventive recipe, ordinary cake pops become a riot of flavors. These cake pops, which range from crunchy and sweet to nutty and fruity, will up your dessert game!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite cake mix
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped pretzels
  • 1/4 cup of crushed toffee bits
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 package of candy melts in assorted colors
  • Cake pop sticks

Instructions:

Bake the cake according to the package instructions and let it cool completely

Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl, ensuring there are no large chunks

Divide the cake crumbs into ten equal portions

For each flavor, mix in one of the following ingredients into a portion of cake crumbs: milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, pretzels, toffee bits, coconut, rainbow sprinkles, pistachios, dried cranberries

Ingredients:

  • For Crepes:

Instructions:

Double Stacked Green Chile Queso Burgers



There are two layers of cheesy goodness and a kick of green chile heat in these Double Stacked Green Chile Queso Burgers. Great for people who like burgers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup green chile queso dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green chiles
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp

Instructions:

Put the ground beef and ground pork in a bowl and mix them together

Add pepper and salt, and then mix everything together well

Form the meat mixture into 8 thin patties that are all the same size

On four of the patties, put a slice of cheddar cheese

Diced red onion and green chiles and put them on top of the cheese

Cover the cheese and toppings with the last 4 patties, then seal the edges to make stuffed patties

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

The stuffed patties should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Heat up the grill and toast the buns until they are just barely golden while the patties are cooking

After the patties are done, take them off the grill and let them cool down for a while

Put green chile queso dip on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together

On top of the queso dip, put a stuffed patty

On top of each patty, put a tomato slice, a lettuce leaf, and a bacon slice

To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top
